When: Tuesday & Thursday

Time: 6pm

Where: Canatara Park

Please note the following:

  • Come early and work on your area of specialty (weakness)
  • rugby attire only (rugby jersey and shorts)
  • bring a gum shield (mouth guard)
  • rugby or soccer cleats
  • stretch on your time
  • require tape, shorts, or shocks…email georgiou32@gmail.com (dont ask at practice or on game day)
  • be prepared
